  • The stock images are an instant download. After your purchase is made, the images will be downloaded to your email you have provided us. Simply click download, the files will save directly to your phone or computer. 

    Voila!

  • Not at this time. These are all genuine photos from Ashley Tiedgen Photography, throughout the years in the wild with her camera.

  • To keep download and site load times to a minimum, we occasionally upload high-quality lower resolution images.

    Rest assured, we rigorously test all imagery to ensure it is large enough for screen use. If you need imagery for printing and require the highest resolution available, please reach out to us—we’ve got it on file and are happy to assist!

  • The Stillhouse is designed to provide you and your business with content for your social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest. You can use the content on your social media, on your website or other marketing and advertising material, & email campaigns.

    If you wish to use our imagery in products you sell you will need a commercial license. (COMING SOON!)
    Please note you can not use our imagery to create prints to sell.

  • First and foremost, you can’t share, sell or give away the downloads. They are yours to use for your own social media & marketing.

    You can not use The Stillhouse Imagery to create assets to sell unless you hold a commercial license, which we will be launching soon.

    You CANNOT use our imagery to create prints to sell.

    You also can not claim this photography as your own. Ashley Tiedgen Photography still owns the rights to these images.

    You can not use the Content in offensive, pornographic, defamatory, or unlawful ways.

  • Because of the digital nature of our portal we do not issue refunds. You can however reach out to customer service at anytime to voice a concern.

  • No, just like the common cold, please do not share your downloaded content with your friends. We have strict policies in place around sharing our content with other parties. 

    Please be respectful and ensure you don’t share our content with anyone else. Failure to comply will result in your account being deactivated.

    Standard License Agreement

    Effective Date: September 19, 2025
    Licensor: Ashley Tiedgen Photography / The Stillhouse
    Licensee: The purchaser of the digital content (“You”).

    1. Grant of License: By purchasing or downloading images (“Content”) from The Stillhouse, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Content for approved purposes, subject to the terms below.

    2. Permitted Uses: You may use The Stillhouse Content for:

    • Personal projects, blogs, or websites.

    • Marketing materials (digital or print).

    • Social media posts and branding.

    • Presentations, newsletters, and client work.

    • Business use for yourself or your company.

    3. Prohibited Uses: You may not:

    • Sell, share, distribute, or give away the Content in its original form.

    • Claim the Content as your own photography.

    • Use the Content in trademarks, logos, or service marks.

    • Use the Content in offensive, pornographic, defamatory, or unlawful ways.

    • Resell or license the Content to third parties.

    • Use the Content in products for resale (e.g., t-shirts, prints, templates) without an Extended License.

    4. Copyright: All Content remains the intellectual property of The Stillhouse / Ashley Tiedgen Photography. Purchase grants you a license to use the Content but does not transfer ownership or copyright.

    5. Model & Property Releases: The Stillhouse Content is intentionally abstract and non-identifiable. No model or property releases are provided. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

    6. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided.

    7. Liability: The Stillhouse is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Content. Use is at your own discretion and risk.

    8. Extended License: If you require usage beyond this Standard License (such as use in resale products, large-scale advertising, or commercial merchandise), please contact atiedgen@gmail.com to discuss an Extended License.

    By purchasing, downloading, or using The Stillhouse Content, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.
